Fireplace Ghosts


Hello friends!  Thanks for stopping by.  Here's a quick and fun project I made for Halloween.  I saw this on Pinterest and immediately started saving my plastic one-gallon milk and water containers.

  I guess I should've waited till night time to take the photos so you could see them glowing, but you get the idea.
 I made the faces, free-hand style, using a black Sharpie.  I cut a small hole in the back of each container so I could insert the battery operated tea light candles.

  3. Melissa ~ this is such a CUTE and CREATIVE idea! Oh darn I don't think I would have enough time to get that many jugs before halloween next week! I am so IMPRESSED you did those faces! WOW!   5. How cute!!! I love this idea. Now I know why my grand daughter's teacher wants us to save milk jugs! She's going to make something for Christmas with them & I bet it's similar to these. :)
